I love snacking and crisps are my downfall. However, I’ve started making my own and they taste better and they’re healthier. 

1) peel and thinly slice a sweet potato.

2) drizzle lightly with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.

3) bake at 180 degrees c for 15 mins, then flip them over and bake for another 15 mins.

Keep an eye on the thinner ones as the edges will catch. Pop in a bag once cooled and you’re done 🙂
