As the title suggests, this isn’t the healthiest of breakfasts. However, I had been eating well all week and wanted an energy filled tasty treat before hockey  yesterday morning. We won by the way, so I’m putting it down to this…

1) in a bowl mix 1 cup of oats with some peanuts and raisins.

2) pop a handful of corn kernels in a pan on the hob – don’t forget the lid.

3) add to oat mixture.

4) melt 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 dessert spoon butter and 1 dessert spoon honey in a pan and pour over the oat mixture.

5) stir oat mixture and transfer to a tray lined with baking parchment. Ovens for 25 mins on 170 degrees C.

I ate mine with coconut Alpro yoghurt. Happy breakfast everyone.
