Vaguely followed this recipe but missed out some ingredients because I didn’t have them/I’m too cheap to buy them. Anyway, it’s a ‘HOLY MOLY FISH IS SO EASY TO COOK BUT TASTES AMAZING’ recipe.

1) Mix together: ginger (mine was cheating from a pot), chilli flakes, soy sauce and minced garlic. Place fish on tin foil and cover in the glorious paste you’ve just made. Put 2/3 bits of pak choi on top. Fold foil into a bag. Place in a steamer. Cook for 15 mins. Whilst that’s happening…

2) 1 mug of Basmati rice in a pan. Add 1 mug of boiling water and 1 mug coconut milk. Bring to boil, turn to simmer and lid on. 10 mins later, perfecto sticky rice.

3) Fry off some spring onions and mix in the rice.

4) Serve with broccoli.

I’ve noticed I have a bit of an obsession with broccoli.
