As if we got taught to make pizza and burgers at school in “food tech”, when this fish dish is glorious and so easy it hurts.

1) On a baking tray place tomatoes rubbed with olive oil and dried basil. Start ovening at 180-200 degrees C.

2) Put fish on tin foil and add crushed garlic and black pepper. Bring foil together creating a bag. Take out toms after 5 min and put the fish in foil on the tray. Oven for 15 mins.

3) Mash potatoes with butter and black pepper.

4) Steam green beans, boil brocolli.
